Every two years, the ABC Doll Club holds a national Convention so that our members from across Australia can meet up and have some fun!
The next Convention, “It’s Showtime!” will be held in Sydney, N.S.W, August 22 – 24, 2025.

Who: Registration is only available to ABC Club members who will be 14 years or over on the 1st of August, 2025. If you are not currently a member, you can join here.
When: Convention commences Friday 22nd August and concludes Sunday 24th August.
Where: Pullman Sydney Airport Hotel, Mascot, NSW
What: Registration fee includes:
- Evening Cocktail Party on Friday 22nd August;
- Lunch, and Morning & Afternoon Teas, on Saturday 23rd August and Sunday 24th August;
- A Gala Dinner on Saturday 23rd August;
- Access to all presentations, workshops, entertainment and activities, as well as raffles, games and prizes, Competition Room, and Sales Room.
- Each attendee will have the option to participate in the Fashion Show as well as the opportunity to be a table host.

- Early-Bird Registration: Full payment of $495 received by 1/1/2025.
- Full Registration: Full payment of $550 received between 1/1/2025 and 1/5/2025.
- Late Registration: Full payment of $595 received after 1/5/2025 but before 1/8/2025.
- Convention Doll – The Convention Doll will be an exclusive, limited edition doll and will be restricted to one doll per delegate, who must be in attendance to receive her. The cost of the Convention Doll is $135 and final date for doll orders will be 1/5/25 (unless sold out prior).
- Bonus raffle tickets are gifted for early payment in full. Alternatively, payment installment plans are available for part payments.
